The mission of Project Textile is to make textiles, clothing, and necessities more accessible to those who are experiencing displacement of shelter. We do this by holding community events, partnering with homeless shelters, and providing people who needs these items with them. Project Textile goes about collecting items and donations through its effective structure - consisting of state level committees whose leaders are part of a board of directors; positions range anywhere from technical advisers to designers and sewers.
